Data Banking

Unused data can only be banked up to a maximum of 500GB.

If a higher inclusion plan (e.g., 30GB) is downgraded to a smaller plan (e.g., 10GB), then the data banked will be forfeited.

If a service is suspended, it will retain its banked data, but it will not accumulate more data each month it remains suspended.

If a customer changes a plan to a plan that is not eligible for data banking (including our forthcoming Data Pooling plans), their included data will be forfeited.

If a service ports away or is terminated in error, all data is forfeited, customer will need to start accumulating data again from zero.

See the Telstra Wholesale Coverage Map here. The Telstra Wholesale mobile coverage area reaches more than 98.8% of the Australian population, however some remote regions are excluded.
What are ETS-SIMs?
ETS-SIMs are Telstra Wholesale services, powered by Australia's most reliable mobile network. These no contract SIMS are a great way to add value to existing customers, and can be used anywhere a data sim is needed. Speed limited to 100mbit/100mbit. Minimum term: 1 month.
Multi-SIMs are provided, enabling you to use with Standard, Micro, and Nano SIM devices
e-SIM's
Please be aware, all new e-SIM's activated will incur a $7.95 (inc GST) activation fee. This fee will be added to the first monthly bill for the service activated. All e-SIM's will be delivered by QR code to the email address specified. This email address may or may not be the same as the email address used for monthly billing purposes.
